TCFM Continues Commitment To Customers’ Needs With New Operations Director

TC Facilities Management has appointed James Hogg to the role of Operation Director. The appointment sees TC Facilities Management (TCFM) underline its commitment and passion to retain the agility to deliver great services that truly meet the customer’s needs.
James, who has moved from the Compass group, brings with him more than 15 years of operational experience, most recently within the Defence and Healthcare sectors. This included having accountability for the delivery of operations at the iconic Kings College Hospital in London, with an on-site team of 950 people.
James is a Cardiff Business School LERC (Lean Enterprise Research Centre) accredited level 2b Lean practitioner which will enable him to help customers bring innovative solutions to minimising ‘wasteful’ activities.
He joins TC Facilities Management as the Operations Director and is looking forward to developing and enabling the continuous improvement culture, with a focus on minimising ‘wasteful’ activities and maximising the focus on delivering great service to customers.
Commencing at TC Facilities Management, James said: “I’m really excited to join TC as they are a market leader in the retail cleaning market and are achieving impressive growth in delivering the broader FM services. We are a nationwide supplier yet retain the agility to deliver great services that truly meet the customer’s needs.”
