Tatry Group becomes Living Wage Employer

Tatry Group becomes first cleaning and security company to upgrade to Living Wage Employer

Tatry Group has announced that they are the first cleaning and security company to upgrade from a Recognised Service Provider to a Living Wage Employer.

This milestone is a major move for Tatry Group, which offers commercial cleaning and security services to businesses in the South of England, in its mission to provide staff with a fair rate of pay.

Jonathan Sisk, Managing Director of Tatry Group, said: “We have always wanted to ensure our teams are paid the national living wage; being able to do this in 2022 is a remarkable achievement for the business. I am so grateful to be able to do this for our staff and make positive changes within our industry.

“Tatry Group is proving that not only can you pay fair wages whilst achieving business success, but we have only enjoyed our success as a business because we choose to look after our people.

“With the present cost of living crisis, it is critical that businesses consider making a positive change for their employees. More businesses in our sector should consider paying their employees the national living wage, as it’s simply the right thing to do.”

This news comes in the wake of many recent initiatives and accomplishments of the company. The business has had fantastic success over the years, with Jonathan also being awarded the Facilities Managing Director of the Year Award in 2022.
