New Scottish Sales Manager Appointed At Robert Scott & Sons Limited

The Directors of Robert Scott & Sons Limited have announced the appointment of John Kerr as Sales Manager for Scotland.

John joins the company from Bunzl where he was one of six National Accounts Managers with responsibility for a number of major accounts in the UK and Ireland. He was previously an Area Manager for Arco.

John, who is now based in Scotland, will take over the responsibility for sales throughout the Scottish and Borders region.

John’s role will involve him working closely with both distributors and end-users helping to cement existing relationships and develop new opportunities. Particular emphasis will be paid to the Hospital and Healthcare Sector following the successful gaining of the NHS Scotland contract by Robert Scott last year.

After announcing the appointment, Marketing & Sales Director, Alastair Scott said: “John’s past experience will be invaluable in helping to strengthen the bond between ourselves and our distributors in Scotland as well as being able to work closely with end-users in the Healthcare sector to ensure that our products are fit for purpose within their organisations.”
