GOJO Acquires LABORATOIRES PRODENE KLINT

GOJO Industries has acquired Laboratoires Prodene Klint, as the two companies join forces in order to advance a shared vision of global leadership.

Based in France, Prodene Klint specialises in professional hygiene, cosmetics and disinfectant products. GOJO, based in Akron, Ohio, is the global leader in skin health and hygiene products for away-from-home settings, whose product brands include GOJO soaps and hand cleaners, and PURELL® Advanced Hygienic Hand Rub.
