Complete Cleaning Drive For Expansion

Published on 01/07/2016
Complete Cleaning, one of Scotland’s largest independent commercial cleaning companies, today launches an exciting restructure of the business which could see its turnover double to £10m by 2020.
The business which was founded by Donald Carslaw in 1984, will incorporate as Complete Cleaning Services Ltd. The new structure, effective as of July 1st, will see Carslaw appointed as Chief Executive with current Commercial Manager, Ritchie Paterson, promoted to Managing Director.
Paterson, who joined the company from logistics company Gist more than two years ago, has already boosted the turnover and will play a key part in the Company’s expansion drive.
He said: “We have now set our sights firmly on achieving breakthrough in the rest of the UK and building on the success we’ve already had with teams we have established in Newcastle and Manchester.”
Donald Carslaw added: “We are delighted to welcome Ritchie to his new role as MD, and we are totally confident that his experience, drive and leadership skills will help us achieve our ambitions for the business.
“Over the years our business model has served us well, however the time has come for Complete Cleaning to move up a gear and our new structure puts us in a much stronger position to achieve our targets.”
Complete Cleaning who employ 430 staff, recently won a £1.2m contract to clean Owens-Illinois’ (O-I’s) Alloa bottle producing factory.
The management changes at Complete Cleaning also sees the launch of a redesigned website at www.completecleaningservices.com.
