Indepth Managed Services Secure Million Pound Contract For Nine Arup Sites

Indepth Managed Services has this month confirmed that global engineering and design consultancy Arup, has awarded them the contract to provide cleaning services for nine Arup offices across the country.  

This is a significant contract coup for Indepth Managed Services who will be providing premises cleaning, external and internal window cleaning, waste services including computer removal and recycling, food waste, preventative pest control, hygiene services and consumable provisions.

Indepth Managed Services will be providing a mixed cleaning and soft FM service to Arup’s offices in Fitzrovia in London, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Sheffield, York and Solihull.  

Due to the diversity in the design of Arup’s offices, Indepth Managed Services will be utilising its specialist skills to cater for the bespoke interior and exterior finishes of the Arup buildings. Window cleaning will constitute a major part of the service delivery, requiring expert attention to maintain Arup’s decorative and high performance building facades.

Precise and tightly scheduled deep cleaning services for internal office moves has already become a priority, to fit in with Arup’s space and staff management needs.
