SCS Steps Outside As Expansion Continues

Preston-based, Specialised Cleaning Services (SCS) has revealed plans to expand further with the acquisition of Extra Clean Property Services.

Extra Clean Property Services delivers a full range of exterior cleaning works including pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning and graffiti removal. Under the deal, Extra Clean Property Services will become an integrated part of the business.

Through a long-term growth and expansion strategy, SCS continues to broaden its service range, recently introducing asbestos removal and planned maintenance and repairs, including bathroom and kitchen replacement. The introduction of external cleaning takes the firm a step closer to offering a full package of commercial property solutions to clients.
