We are sad to report that Graham Dyson (pictured second from left), one of the founders of the UK cleaning industry, has sadly passed away.
Seen by many as an innovator within the industry, Dyson founded Dymachem and was a part of the industry’s very own ‘Rat Pack’ (pictured), alongside Dave Clark of Unger, Alf Shepherd of Contico, John Ayres of Brichem and Robert Burtinshaw of Wetrok.
He was also latterly the Managing Director of Dysys Chemical Systems.
Graham had suffered with Alzheimer’s for some time, and sadly died earlier this week.
Mark Hanson, CEO of Opus Business Media and Publisher of Tomorrow’s Cleaning, said: “Graham was a very dear friend of mine and I am honoured to have known him throughout my time in the cleaning industry. I have many fond memories.
“Graham was a real innovator. He will be missed dearly and I’m sure will be remembered by the Cleaning Industry for a long time.”
The funeral date has not yet been confirmed. For further details please contact Richard@greyland.co.uk
