Emprise Announces New Chief Executive and Other Key Positions

Emprise Services plc has appointed Mark Beadle as Chief Executive and Howard Sharp as Chief Financial Officer, as well as making a number of other key appointments.
Mark Beadle has been a director of public and private companies since the mid-nineties as CEO, COO and CFO, including Planet Hollywood Europe, Esporta plc, ITV Digital, the Priory Group, and Aitch Care Homes. He is the non-executive chairman of Springfield Healthcare and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Mr Beadle’s specific business aims for Emprise Services are to grow the core businesses of specialist cleaning and security under the larger Emprise brand.
He said: “Emprise has a terrific track record of delivering first-class service to an impressive client list. I am delighted to have joined Emprise at this very exciting time for the company and as the new CEO, I am proud to be leading this major support services provider.”
Howard Sharp, who has held a variety of non-executive directorships and consulting positions in the last five years, said: “I am pleased to be back at Emprise after five years away and look forward to building this business with our new management team.”
Emprise has also appointed Bridget Hodgson as Head of Human Resources, Lucy Irish as National Sales Manager and Maria Cane as Leisure Account Director.
