OCS Aircraft Grooming Reaches New Heights

OCS Aircraft Grooming Reaches New Heights

OCS has reinforced its position as the UK’s leading provider of aircraft grooming and laundry services, with nine new contract awards from some of the world’s major airlines.

Over the last four months, OCS has begun contracts with Delta Airlines, Saudi Airlines, MEA (Middle Eastern Airlines), EgyptAir, and Brazilian TAM Airlines, with contract extensions for Qatar Airways, Monarch Airlines and Emirates. Singapore Airlines has awarded a new aircraft appearance contract to OCS at Manchester Airport, and the company’s latest success is a three-year contract to provide aircraft grooming services for the Air Mauritius fleet, at London Heathrow over the next three years.

OCS supports the airlines through a range of aircraft grooming and turnaround services, including cleaning, laundry, and the supply of in-flight products. Mark Walls, Managing Director for OCS Aviation and Gateways, commented: “This success has been made possible by building on existing client relationships and by offering responsible solutions that add both qualitative and value-added benefits. A well-serviced fleet provides the backbone to airline operations, and our clients rely on us to support them with this vital service.”

OCS services 71 airlines and 559 aircraft per day at Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester, making the company a leader in aircraft grooming at the UK’s three busiest airports.
