Mitie Appoints Retail Financial Services Specialist For Environmental + Business

Mitie has appointed Steve Wilson as its new Director of Retail Financial Services for its Environmental + Business, which counts several major high street retail banks as clients.
In his new role for Mitie, Steve will play a key role in determining the strategic development and operational delivery of cleaning services for both existing and future clients in the retail banking sector. He joins Mitie with over 20 years’ of facilities management experience, utilising his client-facing expertise to offer a different viewpoint to Mitie's retail banking services.
He is also experienced in delivering single, bundled and integrated FM contracts to many blue chip clients across all main market sectors. Steve said of his appointment: “My focus will be on further improving our first-rate current delivery model. I will develop our capabilities in productivity, efficiency and quality, underpinned by market-leading technology to deliver best-in-class performance and minimising our clients’ risk profile.”
