BCC Say Cleaning Show Exceeded All Expectations

BCC Chairman, Doug Cooke, said the cleaning industry was "in rude health" after a successful Cleaning Show
The Cleaning Show’s move to London has been hailed a great success after a vibrant three day show at the Excel Arena in Docklands last week.

BCC Chairman, Doug Cooke, said the show had exceeded all expectations and confirmed that the 2017 Cleaning Show will also be held at the Excel.

Organisers Quartz added that they are delighted with the feedback they’ve received from both visitors and exhibitors, and say they are particularly pleased that the show attracted visitors who had real purchasing power.

Speaking after the show Doug Cooke said: “It was a brilliant three days, there was a great buzz in the hall and it really did go beyond our expectations. I thought the exhibitors made a huge effort; the product demonstrations were superb, and their stands looked really bright and innovative. There was also a lot of good quality enquiries as well as direct sales made on the stands, which is something we were eager to achieve at this show.

“As BCC Chairman I’d like to thank everyone involved, it was a truly outstanding event, and a clear demonstration that the cleaning industry is in rude health.”

The Cleaning Show is the UK’s premier event designed specifically for the Cleaning and Support Services sector, and it was the first time the show had been held in London.

A number of exhibitors have already re-booked stand space for the next show in 2017, and Doug Cooke predicts the show in two years will be even bigger and has urged exhibitors to book stand space early.
